Why is our food supply becoming increasingly tampered with? Why are the regulatory bodies – whose job it is to safeguard the public from dangerous food items – actually endorsing them while demonising traditional food that has been used for centuries?

We watched this last night and felt compelled to share.

The video is a lecture entitled The Oiling of America presented by Sally Fallon and based on the work of Mary Gertrude Enig, PhD – a nutritionist and early trans fat researcher known for her unconventional positions on the role fats play in diet and health.
